What You Will Do

• Provide legal support on a variety of finance-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing financial agreements and contracts, focusing on accuracy and risk management.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for client engagement and case management.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs and case strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, offering insights and solutions to complex financial issues.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices within the finance team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial institutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or legal department, focusing on financial institutions or related areas.

Compensation and Benefits
