At WarHorse Gaming, we’re looking for a sharp, motivated, and detail-driven Associate Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, uncovering trends, building reports, and partnering with leadership to help shape business decisions across gaming, marketing, entertainment, and operations.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational and financial performance through analytics, reporting, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial and operational reporting models
• Analyze marketing promotions, player database performance, entertainment trends, and operational results
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for leadership teams
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Identify trends, opportunities, and revenue improvement strategies across departments
• Present data findings and business insights to department leaders and executives
• Assist with strategic reviews and operational meetings
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and consolidations
• Collaborate across departments to support business goals and operational success
• Proactively identify issues, opportunities, and efficiencies through analytics

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 18 months of work or educational experience involving statistical or data analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • SQL Server Management Studio / Query Tools

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time position
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs
• Occasional travel between Omaha and Lincoln locations

Additional Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
• Ability to work in a casino environment, including exposure to secondhand smoke
