Mattamy’sFinanceLeadershipDevelopmentProgram(FLDP)offerstheuniqueopportunitytoaccelerate your career development, business knowledge and leadership skills through 30 months of rigorous placement within our finance teams while simultaneously working towards attaining your Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Designation.
What you’ll do
BasedoutofourCanadianCorporateOfficeinMississauga,AssociatesintheMattamyFLDPprogram will have Financial Analyst responsibilities which include ensuring that financial information is prepared and analyzed with a high degree of accuracy and on atimelybasis. Additionally, theywill be expected to support and participate in driving finance initiatives, with exposure to Divisional and Corporate Finance teams, functions and roles. The 30-month Finance Leadership Development Program is structured as two, 15-month rotations in the following:

As a FLDP Associate you will have an individualized development plan, receive regular coaching, mentoringandfeedbackandwillprovidedaytodaybusinesssupportwithinyourplacements.This program’s intention is to prepare our future generation of business leaders within finance and accounting.
Mattamy is an accredited employer with CPA Ontario and this program is accredited to meet the practical work experience requirements for achieving your CPA designation. All applicants to the programarerequiredtobeinpursuitoftheirCPAdesignationand planto write(orhave written)the CFE, which Mattamy is pleased to offer time and cost support towards.
