12 Months Fixed-Term

We are currently seeking an Associate Finance Business Partner within the Financial Business Services team to provide advice, analysis, and accounting services to Service Division business units.

You will need to have previous experience with management reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and providing insightful commentary. You will be comfortable with providing sound financial advice and ensuring that the needs of your internal customers are met. You will be able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. This is a busy role with wide range of Stakeholders.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term, full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) backfilling a staff member on secondment.

The salary range is $94,000-$101,000pa.

This is a dynamic environment, so we’re looking for someone who is detail orientated, uses their initiative, and has a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders.   • Intermediate level Accountant with strong management accounting background
  • Experience using Power BI or similar performance reporting tools
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills are required, with confidence using large ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and Workday.
  • Organised and has a high attention to detail
  • Adopts flexible work practices to manage conflicting priorities for multiple Service Division’s
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting best practice
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Being a Chartered Accountant (member of CAANZ, CPA or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
