Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Finance and Accounts Executive to join our team at CureMD. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance. The Associate Finance Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cross-verifying quotations received from vendors against market rates to ensure competitive pricing and prevent overcharging.
  • Coordinating with the procurement team to support cost optimisation.
  • Conducting periodic stock counts of procured items and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Assist in preparing accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain general ledger entries, perform reconciliations, and support month-end closings.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist in procurement processes and ensure timely transactions.
  • Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to support audits and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Manage petty cash transactions and support the handling of daily minor expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Uphold integrity and accuracy in all financial activities and reporting.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and maintain high-quality data management.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's/master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or working toward one).
  • 0-1 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, especially QuickBooks, is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle unexpected challenges and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively and ensure smooth operations.
  • Shift Timings: 12:00 PM PKST to 9:00 PM PKST.
