Shape the foundation that keeps life-saving medicines moving. From energy and security to the spaces where our people work every day, you will lead the operations that allow our Bohumil site to deliver for patients around the world!
Your new role
As Associate Director, Facility Operations, you will lead the strategic and day-to-day management of facilities, grounds, security, energy and site services at our Bohumil site. You will guide a team of facility professionals, partner with leaders across the site and ensure that our infrastructure is ready to support both today's production and tomorrow's growth.

In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
At our Bohumil site in the Czech Republic, the Facility Operations department sits within Technical Support and is the backbone that keeps our site running safely, sustainably and efficiently. You will lead a team of 3 direct and 9 indirect reports, working closely with operational leaders across the site to create a workplace where people, technology and infrastructure come together in service of patients.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for an experienced facility leader who combines strategic vision with strong operational judgement and a genuine passion for developing people. You bring with you:
