Boeing’s Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking an Associate Facilities Project Management Specialist to join the Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) team in Tukwila, WA
In this role, you will support all aspects of facilities projects including managing scope, schedule, cost, risk and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes. Position Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of facilities projects from pre-construction planning through project execution to project closeout
Assist with project requirements, integrated plans and detailed work breakdown structure to achieve objectives within established scope, budget and schedule
Monitor and communicate project status, current baselines, changes, risks/ issues/ opportunities and help needed
Perform variance analysis, critical path scheduling, cash flow projections, cost tracking and make recommendations for change
Coordinate ongoing project tasks and serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, architects and engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and external suppliers
Support project management and change management activities in accordance with industry principles and standards
Assist with closeout of projects and documents lessons learned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Project or Construction management
1+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate or similar
Experience using Procore or other Project Management Information Systems
Experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD package
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

Pay Range for Experienced Level: $81,600 - $110,400
