A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life:

• Hybrid role with a minimum of three onsite days per week
• Act as a key contact between GSOC, OUs, Global Teams, and Facilities, working closely with IT and EHS
• Manage the Workspace Request mailbox, including request triage, planning support, and governance meeting updates
• Track and complete actions from Workplace Governance meetings
• Maintain workspace systems, records, Office Space data, and layout drawings
• Create and update workplace documentation, guides, and SharePoint content
• Support OU Future of Work planning, seating requests, workplace issues, and growth initiatives
• Coordinate with Facilities PMO, Workplace Management, IT, SSL, and external service providers
• Monitor eMaint tickets and workplace project progress
• Conduct workspace surveys to ensure layouts, furniture, and IT equipment are accurate and up to date
• Support functionality of workstations, meeting rooms, and AV/IT systems
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Assist with monthly workspace KPI and performance reporting
• Carry out all duties in line with Facilities Group Code of Ethics and company values

Key Skills & Experience

• Third Level 6 qualification with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quick to learn new systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player across cross-functional teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with systems, data, and drawings
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability in line with company values

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Ireland: 41,600.00 EUR - 62,400.00 EUR | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
