Job Description

  • Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and principals to obtain technical information, lead times, and availability.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documents, trackers, delivery schedules, and reports.
  • Monitor project/order progress and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales and project status reports
  • Handle general sales administration and other coordination activities as required

Contract Type: 1-year contract, extendable based on project requirements.

Applicants must hold a valid Qatar residence permit under family sponsorship (father or husband)

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience in electrical, industrial, or energywill be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
