About the Client

Our client is a leading digital marketplace in Sri Lanka, connecting buyers and sellers through a convenient online platform. The company operates across multiple categories, including vehicles, property, jobs, electronics, and services, and is focused on creating a trusted and seamless experience for its growing customer base.

We are looking for a target-oriented and customer-focused Sales/Call Center Executive to handle assigned leads, engage potential customers, and convert leads into successful sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads and follow up to generate sales.
• Engage and persuade potential customers to achieve strong conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure customer interactions meet required quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain assigned work schedules and productivity standards.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Complete required follow-ups and documentation.
• Support the team with ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent bi/tri-lingual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; call center/customer care experience is an advantage.
• Target-oriented with strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on a roster basis, including weekends.
