As an Associate Software Developer, you will contribute to the design, development,enhancement, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications supporting eDiscoveryand legal technology solutions.You will work closely with product engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality, reliable software using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role is ideal forprofessionals with strong foundational development skills, problem-solving ability, andeagerness to grow in modern software engineering practices.
Educational QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orrelated field (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / MSc).
Required Qualifications- 2–4 years of experience in .NET application development- Strong understanding of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or Web API- Exposure to .NET Core / modern .NET frameworks- Good understanding of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, relational design)- Knowledge of REST API design and development- Understanding of Dependency Injection and basic design patterns- Exposure to multi-threading and asynchronous programming- Experience with unit testing and writing testable code- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
Other Qualifications (Nice to Have)- Experience with JavaScript / jQuery- Basic knowledge of WinForms or Windows Services- Exposure to CI/CD, build tools (MSBuild), or deployment processes- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes (basic awareness)- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)- Experience in eDiscovery or legal tech domain (advantageous but not required)
