Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven and self-motivated candidate with basic knowledge of wiring diagrams and electrical documents. The role involves working closely with production data, so strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are essential. Familiarity with industrial wiring documentation such as schematics and wiring diagrams is preferred. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to support data entry, improve efficiency, and assist in quality checks.

A Day In The Life

Review and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical CAD drawings, and PDF documents to extract required label and production data

Collect, verify, and accurately enter data into Excel sheets and other documentation systems

Ensure correctness and consistency of label information by performing detailed quality checks

Prepare and maintain label-related documentation for production use

Identify discrepancies in wiring documents and coordinate for corrections when required

Maintain organized records of drawings, labels, and related data files

Use AI tools to support data extraction, improve efficiency, and assist in quality validation

Support production and documentation activities to meet deadlines and quality standards

Perform additional tasks as required to support continuous process improvements

What will help you thrive in this role?

Education

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an electrical, manufacturing, or production support environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to wiring documentation, electrical schematics, and data entry-related activities.
  • Experience in handling wiring diagrams, cable schedules, label data, and production-related documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in electrical, manufacturing, or production support functions.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and basic circuit information.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail in entering, validating, and maintaining production and wiring-related data.
  • Experience in managing schematics, cable schedules, and labeling information with high precision.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital solutions for improving productivity, supporting data processing, and performing quality validation activities.

  • Prior experience in electrical engineering or production-related roles.

Software Skills

Mandatory

  • Proficiency in all features of AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for productivity and process improvement.

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and applications.
