The Impact You'll Make

As an Associate Engineer, you will support the design, development, and engineering change management of hydraulic products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create and modify product designs, assemblies, and components using CAD tools while maintaining engineering data in PLM systems.
  • Support new product development and engineering change management activities in line with established standards, processes, and timelines.
  • Develop 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation in compliance with Danfoss, ASME, and ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams to support product development and change implementation.
  • Perform GD&T application, stack-up analysis, and assembly-level layout reviews to ensure robust and manufacturable designs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and engineering records within PLM systems.Conduct design reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with customer and Danfoss requirements.Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support the application of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies and engineering tools such as DFMEA, risk assessment, and validation planning.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product performance, quality, and development efficiency.
