About this Opportunity:

As a Domain Support Specialist in our SRF PS CORE function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and high-quality operations in a 24x7 environment (primarily night shifts). This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced telecom technologies, interact with multiple vendors, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes that drive better network performance.
What You Will Do:
• Take ownership of technical discussions and mentor peers for competence development.
• Facilitate process understanding, compliance with audits, and CR execution activities related to the CORE network.
• Handle configurations on various Packet CORE nodes and ensure MSTOP processes are adhered to.
• Execute system configuration changes within given access rights while following predefined guidelines.
• Manage traffic distribution on GGSN relative to PCRF.
• Perform IMSI new IR launch activities, APN creation/modification, and activity planning as per planner requests.
• Verify MOPs/designs and execute activities in MW as per CR details.
What You Will Bring:
• B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• 2–4 years of telecom industry experience with strong knowledge of PACO.
• Experience in handling Ericsson networks; multi-vendor exposure (Cisco, Huawei) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SGSN/GGSN/DNS performance and characteristics.
• In-depth knowledge of GSM protocols (SS7, ISUP, SIGTRAN, MAP, SCCP, Diameter) and GSM/GPRS/WCDMA/IN call flows.
• Familiarity with multiple test cases, acceptance testing, and 3GPP TS standards.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
