Associate – Employment Lawyer
The opportunity
The EY Employment Law team advises leading organisations on complex labour and employment law matters across Australia and internationally. We support clients through workforce transformation, wage compliance reviews, business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other employment law challenges. To support our practice in Oceania, we are seeking an Employment Lawyer with 1-3 years post admission experience.
This role presents an outstanding opportunity to build deep expertise in workforce advisory work including compliance. You will work directly with clients and partners, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across EY and leverage innovative legal technology and AI-enabled solutions to help deliver market-leading outcomes.
This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne or Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Working within a highly collaborative Employment Law team, you will support clients on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters while developing your employment law expertise.
