What You Will Get To Do:

Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 

• Primary contact for Clients requests related to Eclipse.

• Manage several concurrent client facing requests across our global client base 

• Effectively troubleshoot client requests, analyze problems and update to internal and external stakeholders 

• Flexible working in shifts and early morning APAC shifts

• Engage with R&D teams for process improvement and streamline workflows

• Interested in supporting FinTech platform and understand Eclipse’s features as the all-in-one solution platform.

• Effective communication skills, and able to communicate technical details to a range of stakeholders with varying degrees of technical ability 

• Able to develop productive relationships with stakeholders both internal and external 

• Analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

• Strong emphasis on quality, professionalism, and excellence 

• Able to work in various shifts as required

• Ability to adapt to new processes/procedures.

• Familiarity with Account/Relationship management best-practices.

• Able to work under tight turnaround time for urgent issues.

• Able to multi-task and prioritize client requests accordingly.

• Able to work and thrive in a collaborative team environment. 

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in a Financial Services or Investment Technology setting, specific to Trading, Operations, and Accounting, in a client facing role.

• Experience with accounting and trading system implementations and configuration.

• Proven track record of managing client expectations, requests, and timelines.

• 2+ years’ experience in financial or technology setting 

• Working knowledge on trading FIX protocol, SQL / Python beneficial 

• Advanced Microsoft Excel beneficial 

• Prior exposure implementing and onboarding clients, ideally onto similar or equivalent systems

• Proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin beneficial.
