About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant E-Commerce Product Manager to join the Global E-Commerce Platform team. This role will be responsible for both the operational health of Razer.com and the delivery of new digital experiences that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and platform efficiency.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day platform operations, lead vendor engagements, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver new features and enhancements across the end-to-end customer journey. This role requires a strong balance of product thinking, stakeholder management, project execution, and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Feature Delivery

  • Partner with fellow Product Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver new features across the pre-purchase and post-purchase customer journeys.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery through implementation, user acceptance testing, and post-launch optimization.
  • Work closely with E-Commerce Growth, Sales, Operations, DTC Marketing, and MIS teams to align product initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze customer behavior, business performance, and stakeholder feedback to identify product opportunities and improvements.
  • Support product roadmap planning and contribute to prioritization decisions based on business impact and customer value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work alongside Razer.com teams to drive conversion and achieve revenue targets by eliminating friction points to purchase.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to align requirements, manage expectations, and drive decisions across multiple teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.

Platform Operations & Maintenance

  • Own the day-to-day operational health of Razer.com and ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Manage external vendors and development partners responsible for bug fixes, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
  • Lead daily update ceremonies and maintenance workstreams, including backlog review, issue prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Triage production issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitor platform health, customer experience, and operational KPIs to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and prioritize maintenance backlogs to ensure optimal site performance and business continuity.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, documentation, and governance practices.

Product Launches & Special Initiatives

  • Support global product launches, marketing campaigns, and exclusive product drops on Razer.com.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities to ensure successful execution of high-traffic and business-critical initiatives.
  • Monitor launch performance and work with stakeholders to address operational or customer experience issues in real time.

Pre-Requisites

Experience

  • 4-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Delivery, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing website or e-commerce platform development projects.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors, agencies, or development partners.
  • Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing digital products and features.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital customer journeys, and online retail operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance operational priorities with strategic product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on global e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale product launches, online campaigns, or high-traffic events.
  • Knowledge of customer journey optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital commerce best practices.
  • Experience working with commerce platforms, CRM systems, payment solutions, or loyalty ecosystems.
