The Division of Infectious Diseases is recruiting faculty members at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (Anschutz Medical Campus) who will have primary duties in clinical infectious diseases with specific focus on transplant infectious diseases (TID). Responsibilities encompass inpatient and outpatient clinical consultative services, participation in education and mentoring, and research and scholarship in the field.This physician will play an important role in the Division of Infectious Diseases by advancing its missions in medical service, research, and teaching and these missions benefit all Coloradans and citizens of surrounding states who come to the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Anschutz Medical Campus for care.
Applicants for these positions must have completed an accredited Infectious Diseases fellowship and be ABIM board eligible or board certified in Infectious Diseases and must have completed formal TID training or TID fellowship or have equivalent work experience. Applicants should have demonstrated aptitude for scholarly achievement. Experience/potential in basic, translational or clinical research is desirable.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
Associate Professor: $250,000 to $280,000
Professor: $285,000 to $305,000
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
