💰 Pay Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00
The salary range for this position is $95,000 – $105,000per year for employees hired in the Central Valley/Bay Area. The Associate Division Director serves as a key member of the TAY Division leadership team, supporting the Division Director in overseeing statewide program operations, strategic growth, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational excellence.
This position works collaboratively with executive leadership, regional management teams, and community partners to ensure programs consistently deliver high-quality, trauma-informed services while meeting regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys improving systems, mentoring leaders, driving innovation, and expanding services that positively impact transitional-aged youth.
