  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs and awareness sessions to foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • We prefer to hire a candidate who can join under 15 days only.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain an effective data governance framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals while focusing on data quality, security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders to create comprehensive and clear business definitions, ensuring a standardized understanding of key data concepts across the organization, and link the emerging business glossary with associated metrics and data to establish complete lineage.
  • Document the current Data Architecture and implement a Data Catalog tool, driving its adoption and optimization while ensuring accurate data profiling, lineage, cataloging, and classification to promote data quality, transparency, and accessibility.
  • Establish and maintain standards, metrics, and processes for data quality assessment, monitoring, and improvement, and collaborate with data stewards and data owners to address data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Establish practices to govern data ownership, accountability, and data issue resolution, and create a network of domain data stewards to develop and adhere to data governance policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate the value of data governance and its impact on decision-making to business stakeholders, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization, and develop training materials while conducting awareness sessions for employees to enhance understanding and adoption of governance principles.
  • Implement systems for monitoring adherence to data governance policies and measuring the success of governance initiatives, and generate regular reports for Senior Leadership on key metrics and activities.
