We are delighted to be working with a highly respected independent estate agency with an outstanding reputation for selling premium village homes, country houses, and character properties across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and the surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth and ambition, they are looking for an experienced and driven Associate Director / Senior Manager to join their senior leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional who wants to work closely with the Directors, play a key role in growing the business, and progress towards an Associate Director position in the future

The Role

As Associate Director / Senior Manager, you will play a key role in the continued success and growth of the business.

You will be responsible for winning new instructions, developing client relationships, driving market share, and overseeing the sales process from valuation through to completion.

• Senior Estate Agent
• Valuer / Lister
• Branch Manager
• Senior Negotiator looking for progression
• Existing Associate Director

Key Responsibilities

• Winning new business opportunities and securing quality property instructions
• Conducting professional market appraisals and valuations
• Growing market share within the village and country house property sector
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
• Negotiating offers and maximising sales opportunities
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
• Representing the brand professionally within the local community
• Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Working alongside Directors to drive future growth and success

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience within residential estate agency sales
• Strong valuation, listing, and business development experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• A professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
• Commercially minded with the ambition to grow a successful business
• Passion for delivering outstanding service within the premium property market
• Knowledge of village, country, or character property is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

The Package

✅ £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
✅ Realistic OTE of £60,000+
