À propos de vous

Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'immobilier commercial, notamment dans la réalisation d'évaluations immobilières de haute qualité, d'études de marché et de développement commercial. Vous aimez mettre votre expertise au service des clients et leur offrir un service exceptionnel, et vous tirez parti de la technologie pour gagner en efficacité. La culture d'entreprise est importante pour vous, et vous vous efforcez de développer vos relations et de partager vos idées afin d’améliorer les processus et les procédures.

Dans ce rôle, vous devrez...

  • Démontrer un grand intérêt pour la production de rapports détaillés et de qualité.
  • Entretenir les relations avec les clients en leur offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
  • Travailler en collaboration pour développer et stimuler la croissance stratégique de votre marché en tirant parti de votre expertise.
  • Promouvoir et défendre la marque Colliers.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente
  • Le titre AACI et un portefeuille de clients bien établi
  • Un esprit de collaboration hors du commun avec d'excellentes compétences relationnelles
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office
  • Expérience avec Argus Enterprise (un atout)

You have experience in commercial real estate, providing high-quality property valuations, conducting market research, and engaging in business development. You enjoy providing expertise and service excellence to clients, and leverage technology to make yourself more efficient. What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • AACI designation with established book of business
  • Standout collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Argus Enterprise (preferred)
