The Associate Director, US Marketing,aHUSandTMA, is a member of the commercial USRare NephrologyMarketing teamandofthe broaderRareHematology Nephrology Business Unit Theindividualwill play a critical roleindeveloping anddrivingstrategies and tactics for healthcare providers and patient engagement.
Reporting to theExecutiveDirectorofRare NephrologyMarketing, the Associate Directoris responsible forredefining and leadingdigital HCPand Patientmarketing initiatives foraHUSand TMAin the US market, as well as supportingthe execution of theHCP educational strategy The individual willalsocontribute tothe development and execution of the best-in-class annualHCPand Patientmarketing plans, inclusive of relevant brand strategies. This individual will work closely withBusiness Operations/OMNIand will be a key cross-functional player, liaising withnumerousteams toaccomplishgoals,including:FieldSales,TLL,Patient Services, Patient Advocacy,Legal, Compliance,Regulatory, Medical, andPromotional ReviewCommittee (PRC)The individualmayalsointeract with Key professional societies for educationalinitiatives
You willbe responsible for
Contributing to the creation and implementation of the USaHUSTMAmarketing strategy,messaging,tacticsand budget allocation
ExpandingtheaHUSTMAbrand digital footprint with leading-edge thinking, employing a try-test-fail agilemethodology
Delivering multi-channel HCPand patientengagement plan,promotional platforms andidentifyingoptimized marketing mix
Leadingtactical execution ofaHUSTMAHCPand Patientomni-channelbrand and diseaseassets.
Partneringwith Commercial Operations toidentifycontent re-purposing strategies for existing assets, expanding their reach across platforms
Supportingthe development and executionofaHUSTMAspeaker bureau strategy and supporting content
Leading the development of assets for key Professional Societiesto support HCP education
Developingrelevant campaign KPIs,closelymonitorperformance and be prepared to adjustplans
Managing multiple marketing agency relationships,workflowand related expense budgets,including ROI metric assessment
Adopting a can-do, leadership mindset, creating organizational energy and excitement about the brand, and galvanizing cross-functional teams to buy in to brand mission.
Being a key partner on omni-channel tactical plan development & execution for HCPand patientcommunications andcultivating strong collaborative relationships with cross functional partners
You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business,or related fieldrelevanttothe role’sresponsibilities
5+ yearsofmarketing, agency, or consulting experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry; minimum 1 year in US commercial marketing
Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Fluent in English (written and spoken language)
Experience and proventrack recordof developing and implementing impactful digital campaigns and initiatives
Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently whenappropriate, in teams and as a sub-team lead
Must be comfortable managing multiple competing,frequentlyshifting priorities, and working through uncertainty
Experience in managing external agencies(AOR and Media)on a day-to-day basis and budget managementrequired
Ability to travel up to 30%

We would prefer for you to have:
Advanced degree (MS, PhD,PharmDor MBA)
Oncology, Rare disease, or specialty care experience highly preferred
Experience developing and actively managing HCP and Patient media plans strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority
Ability to gauge the feasibility, impact and risks of proposed programs and develop mitigation plans and ensure internal advocacy and approval
Scientific acumen or curiosity to learn
Understanding ofthe hospital setting,hematologyand/ornephrology
Diverse pharma or biotech commercial experience in a variety of roles
Prior experience in competitive markets
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 151,081.60 - 226,622.40 Annual USD Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
