J ob Vacancy: (Associate) Director Transaction Services Are you driven by analyzing complex financial data and using these insights to advise international clients on acquisitions? Do you have experience working at board level and the ability to successfully lead deals? We are looking for an Associate Director of Transaction Services who can make a difference for our client.
Your Challenges:

Understanding and clarifying complex business models for buyers and sellers.
Engaging at board level to ensure the success of acquisition deals.
Ensuring both client and team satisfaction.
Identifying value and risks in acquisition processes.
Delivering quality in a young, diverse, and dynamic work environment.

Your Profile:

7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, M&A, or financial consultancy.
A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ambitious, analytical, and numerically strong.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
You have leadership experience and can mentor junior colleagues.

What You Will Do:
Within Transaction Services, you will work with a young and dynamic team on deals for mid-sized to international companies. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for preparing advisory reports, managing client expectations, and coaching your team. You ensure projects are completed successfully, often from our office but also on-site at the client’s location.
