Abbvie is currently looking for an individual to join our HQ Marketing Team as an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison – Northeast. The Northeast-TLL is responsible for executing and supporting Director of Thought Leader Strategy within the Northeast region (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware). The TLL-Northeast will work cross-functionally to identify, engage, and build professional relationships with Medical Experts in the lung cancer disease area and execute regional engagement plans in a commercial capacity. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Education Educate Medical Experts on strategic brand priorities, fostering strong professional relationships that drive brand success.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
ExperienceAt least one of the following (Preference in Thoracic Oncology)
Therapy Area Experience in the oncology, rare disease. Thoracic Oncology a plus
Project Management Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, influence without authority, and lead peers inclusively.
Communication Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collate insights and provide strategic recommendations.
Strategic Mindset Ability to think strategically and execute effectively on regional engagement plans.
Travel Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including domestic travel for office visits, field time, internal meetings, and conferences. Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment. Valid driver’s license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this postingbased on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more orless than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
