  • Oversee release readiness, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and launch quality
  • Incorporate quality, compliance, and traceability early in the development lifecycle
  • Establish and track delivery metrics and OKRs to improve performance and customer impact
  • Support platform adoption and shared services in collaboration with platform teams
  • Ensure clear and consistent documentation of technical decisions and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in medical device development or another highly regulated industry
  • Proven ability to work in matrixed, global environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills

  • Familiarity with enterprise and cross-division operating models
  • Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athena) and interoperability solutions
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., OAuth, mTLS) and privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, CI/CD, and modern development practices
  • Background in software engineering or technical leadership
