Associate Director, Technical Product Management
The Opportunity

And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.
This role drives standard business process, continuous Improvement, analytics and get ready for the migration to SAP S4 Hana.
The Production Execution/Material Handling Steward is responsible to collaborate with functional leaders and subject matter experts to establish Warehouse and Logistics focused prioritized continuous improvement opportunities and define strategy which will translate into the design, build, implementation, and sustainment of the Global Operating Model with the Enterprise ERP solution.
What you will do :
· Lead the identification of opportunities to standardize business processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance to these standards.
· Maintain state Global Operating Model as part of new ERP selection and development.
· Ensure Global Process design adheres to all Company and Regulatory Regulations
· Collaborate with other Process Stewards to ensure alignment in the use of standard processes.
· In conjunction with Data stewards, develop and maintain data standards to govern adherence to both process and systems
· Facilitate Community of Practice and, drive process standardization and collect feedback for improvement
· Collaborate with Super Users for business support. Provide level II support to resolve issues.
· Contribute and own business process deliverables (GOM, day in the life, procedures, job aids, RACI and metrics)
· Maintain and improve training curricula.
· Assess maturity & process performance for opportunities and continuous improvement; support sites in case additional explanation is required
· Develop strong relationship with IT to support system related deployments and enhancements.
Primary Skills SAP Production Planning (PP-PI, Inventory Management (IM) ,Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
What should you have :
· Bachelor's degree in technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Computer Science/MIS, Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or other scientific fields).
Required Experience or Minimum or 11+ Years functional experience in Warehouse and/or Plant Operations
· Must exhibit expertise in the areas of SAP Production Planning (PP-PI, Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
· Able to effectively dialog with functional areas outside your specific area of expertise and background.
· Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to effectively work with incomplete or imperfect data.
· Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to organize complex information in a concise and compelling manner. Comfort in presenting key findings to leaders from various functional areas.
Preferred Experience:
SAP Material Management (MM)
· Multi sites experiences and business knowledge
· Knowledge and experience with information systems supporting supply chain activities (e.g. Rapid Response, SAP, MMES, MES, LIMS, etc.) combined with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
· 11+ years hands on SAP experience (SAP PP-PI, MM, WM, IM, EWM, SD, QM, ECM)
· Experience with SAP S/4 HANA including implementation
· Experience in integration of SAP with 3rd party systems (i.e. MES, MMES)
