You will be responsible for designing and implementing global strategies for master plan schedules, daily scheduling, and distribution resource planning. The role upholds standardized processes and systems that reflect common and best practices and support the implementation with the business units. It also solves complex challenges, develops and executes objectives, and formulates short-term and long-term business goals. The role will participate in Kraft Heinz-wide Operations projects and bring critical business expertise to the overall management of supply planning. It will lead the design of processes, configure systems, and deploy them to facilitate efficient supply planning operations.
Set global vision and strategies for supply planning, aligning with organizational goals
Execute supply planning roadmap in alignment with strategic plans
Lead and coordinate the design of supply planning processes (including parameters standardization) and KPIs and identify and implement improvements with the business units
Design, implement, and govern process improvements with best practices
Lead annual target setting for supply and scheduling indicators
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve business processes
Lead projects, engaging multiple business units and markets Create capabilities and maintain understanding of supply planning processes and standards
Champion talent development within the supply planning community
I have 6-8+ years of experience in data stewardship, data architecture, data management, analytics, or related fields; and at least 3 years managing teams and leading cross-functional programs.
I have proven experience leading global or multi-region teams supporting multiple business units.
I have a strong technical understanding of data concepts: data modeling, metadata management, data quality, data lineage, and data integration patterns.
I have hands-on experience with data stewardship/governance tools (e.g., Collibra) and proficiency in SQL.
I have a track record of delivering measurable data-quality improvements and embedding operational processes.
I have executive presence and the ability to influence senior business stakeholders; experience driving consensus in complex, matrixed organizations.
I have excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
I have coaching and people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop direct reports.
I am a strategic thinker with an operational focus — able to balance long-term data strategy with short-term delivery.
I have extensive experience in supply planning and working experience in planning systems
I have strong knowledge of supply planning processes, best practices, and industry trends
I have demonstrated experience in designing and implementing supply planning processes and systems
I am proficient in supply planning software and tools
I have a consistent record of driving process improvements and achieving KPI targets in supply planning
I have experience in cross-functional project management, collaborating with teams from Manufacturing, Procurement, NPD, Logistics, and other relevant functions
I am familiar with digital technologies and their application in supply planning, including process automation, data analytics, and forecasting tools
I have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
I have strong project management skills leading multifunctional project teams
I have experience in a complex multi-country, multilingual, and time zone environment
