JOB TITLE: Associate Director, Structuring - Cash Management & Payments - Transactional Structuring
LOCATION: London

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid which involves spending at least 3 days per week, or 60% of your time, in the office.
We’re looking for an Associate Director to join the Cash Management and Payments Structuring team, a part of Transactional Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS).
The team’s remit spans Cash Structuring & Execution & Digital Assets Strategy. They’re responsible for solutioning & executing transactions whilst actively supporting origination, product and commercialisation teams managing TBS CIB clients. Providing specialist expertise across liquidity, payments, collections, account structures and treasury transformation initiatives, while ensuring successful delivery through an end-to-end transaction execution framework.
The team supports the development of the bank's digital assets strategy within Transaction Banking, identifying future opportunities relating to tokenised money, digital payments, settlement innovation and emerging cash management models! Working closely with Sales, Product, Coverage, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and Compliance, the Associate Director acts as a solution architect and execution lead for strategically important and complex client opportunities.
