We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering (AI Agent Platform Testing).

Business: CTO Platforms (AI Platforms)

Principal responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for AI Agent Hub platform delivery.
• Define quality standards, test plans, coverage requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage functional, integration, performance, security and AI-specific testing.
• Lead test automation, regression testing and continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate testing across engineering, product, risk, security and business teams.
• Track defects, testing risks, dependencies and delivery readiness.
• Coach testing professionals and promote accountable, evidence-based quality decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading testing for complex technology or AI-enabled platforms.
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, automation, integration, performance and security testing.
• Understanding of AI risks, including accuracy, bias, hallucination, explainability and model drift.
• Proven ability to translate business, technical and regulatory requirements into clear test objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, prioritisation and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrates an AI-native mindset by applying AI-driven approaches, including coding assistants, to improve productivity, quality, and engineering best practices.
