We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, SERVICE MANAGEMENT.

Principal responsibilities

  • Be responsibility for service quality management related activities.
  • Collaborate with ITSO, Production support, Infra support, etc to maintain visibility on service availability, incidents, change quality, risk and control.
  • Promote the best practice, culture and framework on control and service quality. Ensure practices are adopted effectively throughout whole application cycle, from planning, development to on-going support.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and provide analysis on incident assessment.
  • Sync with the Service Management Practice Process Leads and ensure our processes execution keep fully compliant.
  • Collaborating across teams in Wealth Solutions to ensure consistency, and continuously improve Service Management Process execution.
  • Provide guidance and help the teams in relation to Service Management Processes to balance speed to market against operability, stability and availability.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge and solid experience in incident and problem management, change management, vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills to work with business, IT colleagues, and external parties like vendors
  • Knowledge in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Management
  • Knowledge on IT product lifecycle and/or IT infrastructure
  • Good knowledge on process reengineering is preferred.
  • Strong business sense with understanding of the business requirement and environment.
  • Strong analytic skills to understand and resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin is also preferred.
  • Able to work at flexible hour to work with colleagues in various time zones.
