The Indiana University Foundation (IUF) is committed to advancing Indiana University by inspiring generosity, strengthening relationships, and supporting opportunities that create lasting impact for students, faculty, alumni, donors, and communities. As part of the IU advancement community, IUF helps connect people to the programs, initiatives, and ideas that move Indiana University forward.
The IU Foundation is seeking an Associate Director of Regional Annual Giving to serve as the dedicated annual giving leader for IU's regional campus system.
In this new role, your work is equal parts data and relationship. You will work to create a unified annual giving strategy across all of IU's regional campuses, partnering with Chancellors, Advancement leadership, and regional development staff to align on donor audiences and build a centralized approach. You will also track audience performance across each campus, test campaign segments, and translate what the numbers tell you into clear recommendations.
Your day-to-day centers on portfolio management across all seven campuses, running multi-channel campaigns for acquisition, renewal, and lapsed donor audiences and staying close to how each segment performs. You monitor results, identify where adjustments are needed, and work with your dedicated marketing support analyst to refine content, audience, or channel in response.
If you're the kind of person who is motivated by strategically solving complex problems and loves driving results through data and relationships, we encourage you to apply today!
