About the Role

To develop performance-driven incentive mechanism and its application in AIA China

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively run performance related projects, campaigns and tasks, set policies/guidelines/rules, facilitate collaboration among R&R, HRBP and group performance team to foster quality goal setting to align between company / function goals and individual goals, strengthen healthy performance distribution, on-going feedback and PIP, as well as enable managers to understand performance management system and be capable of coach and feedback

  • Partner with line of business and HRBP to optimize performance-driven incentives (e.g. STI, SIP and customized incentive plans on the basis of business needs, etc.) that differentiation is closely linked with performance and its distribution is beneficiary to incentivize talents

  • Liaise with Group R&R on LTI related issues and its implementation in China

  • Promotion management: define rules, procedures and evaluation system for promotion to ensure its qualification, fairness and equality and well reflect the company culture and talent strategy

  • Enrich the company recognition framework and implement diverse recognition mechanism to provide timely encouragement and recognition to employees and stimulate organization vitality

  • Work with colleagues in R&R and other HR teams to attain common goals

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge in prevailing performance management mechanisms and at least 5-year solid experience in designing, developing and implementing performance management

  • At least 5-year experience in designing, implementing and measuring various incentive plans (e.g. STI, LTI, SIP)

  • Good communication and high learning agility to grasp the new knowledge and get essential quickly

  • Strong business acume that is able to translate company strategies and business needs to performance, incentive and recognition programs and always keep relevance in between

  • Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources, Finance or Economics

  • Proficient level of English in writing and speaking
