Your new role
As the Associate Director, Real World Evidence, you will drive the development and execution of Real World Evidence Strategy and Evidence and Insights Generation Plans (EIGP) across all therapeutic area portfolios. In this role, you will report to the Head of Medical and Regulatory Affair and will be a member of the Medical and Regulatory Leadership Team. This is a people manager role; three team members will report to you. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

Salary: for this role the Annual Base salary ranges from $159,230 to $209,230.
The placement in the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on your skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience match the position requirements.
Incentives: based on the role’s level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
Benefits: the eligibility for specific benefits may vary based on the job and location.
