Are you passionate about using data, financial stewardship, and process efficiency to help technology teams deliver greater value for patients and the business?
In the role of Associate Director within RDU IT - Portfolio Performance, Financial Management & Operational Excellence, you will help develop how our IT organization plans its performance. You will also help develop how it measures its performance. You will support continuous performance improvement.
Based in Bangalore and collaborating with a global network of technology leaders, portfolio managers, and business partners, you will play a key role in advancing how we operate IT as a strategic business function. You will guide financial planning and governance, strengthen performance insights, and help build resilient, sustainable ways of working. Your ability to turn data into actionable insights and align strategy with execution will contribute directly to business outcomes and ongoing innovation.
This role offers an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions, partner across diverse teams, and create meaningful impact through operational excellence.
Join a technology community where purpose meets precision. Here, teams with different perspectives sit together to crack hard problems, using modern tools and data to power decisions that ultimately reach people living with severe and underserved conditions. You’ll find the agility of a biotech combined with the reach of a global organization—room to experiment, the scale to make it count, and colleagues who value kindness alongside ambition. We back bold thinking with thoughtful support, so the systems you improve, the governance you strengthen, and the insights you generate translate into meaningful, measurable impact.
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
If you are ready to lead with clarity, elevate performance at scale, and turn operational excellence into real-world impact, send us your resume and take the next step today!
