We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Product Development

Principal responsibilities

  • Define and continuously refine the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the platform, translating strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes. Own the product backlog: shape, prioritise, and sequence work based on value, risk, regulatory/controls needs, platform health, and tenant demand. Establish product success measures and drive continuous improvement against them.
  • Stakeholder management & prioritisation across tenants: Serve as the primary interface for multiple tenant organisations, facilitating governance and decision-making in a shared platform model. Align competing priorities across:
  • Organisational goals (enterprise strategy, controls, resilience, security),Tenant priorities (local process needs, timelines, feature requests), Vendor constraints/roadmaps (ServiceNow release cycles, licensing models, platform capabilities). Communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and release content clearly to a broad stakeholder group.
  • Partner with control owners, engineering, architecture, and governance teams to drive end-to-end delivery.
  • Third-party vendor engagement: Manage engagement with ServiceNow and relevant third-party suppliers/partners: escalate issues, influence product direction where possible, ensure vendor commitments align with platform needs, timelines, and governance expectations.
  • Manage and optimize platform licensing usage, ensuring cost efficiency and value realization acroiss tenants.
  • Continuously improve platform operating model processes (intake, prioritisation, release governance, change controls) to increase speed without increasing risk.

Requirements

  • Multi-year experience as a Product Owner in multinational companies, proven experience in AI or Data.
  • Multi-year engineering experience covering Software development, Production support / live operations, Development leadership
  • ITIL Foundation certification (required).
  • Demonstrable track record in: driving product strategy and roadmaps, senior stakeholder management across across business and technology functions, customer/tenant crisis handling and structured escalation management, process improvement and measurable operational outcomes.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
