What’s the role?
As the Associate Director/Senior Relationship Manager, PNG, you will be pivotal in achieving Westpac’s vision of being the most recognised financial services provider for commercial and business customers in PNG. Your primary responsibility is to attract, retain, and grow customer value by engaging and delighting customers, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored transactional solutions.
You will manage a portfolio of top-tier corporate clients, providing comprehensive financial care management. This includes sourcing new clients through marketing initiatives and maintaining quality referral networks. Your role involves building strong relationships within the business community, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Contributing to thought leadership within the business community is key to raising the profile as is our “value add” we bring to customer relationships.
Collaboration with product partners and other internal teams is essential to deliver seamless financial services and refer customers to appropriate segments. Staying informed about market trends, economic environment and regulatory changes will enable you to provide proactive advice and innovative solutions, enhancing Westpac's reputation as a trusted advisor.
