Your role at Clorox:

The Associate Director, OTC&C Integration Lead is responsible for defining and executing the Order-to-Cash & Credit (OTC&C) integration strategy for the Clorox–Purell merger. Operating within a broader enterprise integration program, this role owns the development and delivery of the OTC&C integration roadmap (~1–2 year horizon) while leading thought leadership and program governance for the longer-term logistics network strategy (~5+ year horizon).
This role is accountable for translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes across cost, working capital, customer experience, and growth enablement. The Associate Director will develop and advance recommendations for senior leadership, building structured analyses and integration scenarios to inform key decisions.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring strong problem solving, program leadership, and influence skills. You will work closely with leaders across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance, as well as external Purell stakeholders, to shape recommendations, drive execution, and maximize value from the Clorox–Purell integration.

In this role, you will:

1. Lead OTC&C Integration Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end OTC&C integration roadmap, including order management, fulfillment & delivery workstreams
  • Define OTC&C integration strategy, key milestones, and success metrics aligned to Clorox–Purell growth ambitions
  • Partner closely with Commercial, BU Supply Chain, Finance, and GBS leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, sequencing, and execution
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans and drive execution against defined timelines
  • Solve complex problems across process, organization, and execution to keep integration moving forward

2. Shape the Long-Term Logistics Network Strategy

  • Lead development of long-term logistics network roadmap to support the integrated Clorox–Purell business
  • Design and evaluate network optimization scenarios, including distribution footprint, flows, and service models
  • Develop recommendations for senior leadership (VP Logistics, Chief Supply Chain Officer) to support future-state decision-making
  • Partner with Operations teams to ensure alignment between near-term integration activities with longer-term strategic network priorities

3. Own Integration Program Governance & Execution

  • Serve as the program owner for OTC&C and Logistics integration workstreams within the broader enterprise integration program
  • Establish and lead governance routines, including roadmap tracking, risk management, issue escalation, and decision cadence
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across stakeholders and drive accountability for execution against commitments
  • Identify interdependencies across workstreams and proactively resolve risks to delivery
  • Develop executive-level materials and synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable insights
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Clorox and Purell to align on strategy, priorities, and decisions

4. Deliver Synergies & Value Creation

  • Own identification, refinement, and delivery tracking of logistics cost and working capital synergies
  • Partner with Finance and functional leaders to validate opportunities, quantify impact, and track value realization
  • Ensure integration initiatives deliver against financial targets while supporting customer experience and growth objectives

Scope & Impact

  • Enterprise-level integration role spanning Order-to-Cash processes and Logistics strategy
  • High visibility with senior leadership including VP Logistic, VP Supply Chain Transformation, and Chief Supply Chain Officer
  • Direct interaction with Purell counterparts and internal cross-functional stakeholders
  • Accountability for strategy development, execution governance, and value delivery

What we look for:

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, strategy, operations, or business transformation
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with high business impact, preferably in M&A integration or large-scale transformation
  • Background in M&A integration, supply chain strategy, network design, or operations strongly preferred
  • Experience in management consulting (strategy or operations) or internal transformation roles a plus
  • CPG experience preferred but not required

Capabilities

  • Strong strategic thinker who can also drive execution and results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including scenario development and structured analysis
  • Experience leading large, interdependent workstreams across matrixed organizations
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, including development of executive-level materials and recommendations
  • Financial acumen with understanding of cost, working capital, and value creation drivers

Technical (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes and supply chain operations
  • Experience with network optimization, process mapping, or ERP-enabled transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) is a plus
