· Support monitoring of operational resiliency outcomes across the Bank by collecting, analyzing, and tracking operational resilience metrics and outcomes to provide data and insights for performance monitoring and reporting.

· Maintain and support 1LOD procedural documents by assisting the Director in updating, managing, and distributing documentation while ensuring procedures remain current and accessible to stakeholders.

· Execute operational resilience activities across businesses and functions globally by coordinating and driving resilience initiatives with business segments and functions to ensure consistent implementation of resilience practices across the organization.

· Serve as a subject matter specialist in Operational Resilience within 1LOD by developing and maintaining expertise in operational resilience frameworks, best practices, and regulatory requirements while providing guidance to business leaders and colleagues.

· Support training and capability-building on resiliency requirements by assisting in developing training content and delivery and conducting training sessions for 1LOD personnel.

· Collaborate with stakeholders across businesses, technology, operations, and risk to ensure coordination and alignment of resilience initiatives.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex resilience concepts clearly to diverse audiences including senior management and cross-functional partners.

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program includes competitive compensation, bonuses, and flexible benefits.
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and meaningful opportunities.
  • The ability to make a difference and lasting impact on organizational resilience and risk management.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team within the Enterprise Chief Controls Office.
