OF THE ROLE

As the core engine of our digital transformation, the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy and Execution Lead will comprehensively orchestrate and drive the company's digital marketing strategy. This role is dedicated to translating our Customer 2030 vision into actionable business practices, deeply partnering with business leaders to empower rapid and sustainable business growth. Guided by the Customer 2030 strategy and deeply integrating the cutting-edge technological capabilities of the Global AI30 initiative, the candidate will drive comprehensive business transformation through the construction of an outstanding omnichannel marketing matrix and a refined operational system. The core objective is to break traditional models, enhance overall operational and outreach efficiency, and truly deliver on the value proposition of being faster, smarter, and more precise for both internal teams and external customers.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Omnichannel Digital Strategy Design Formulate and drive forward-looking omnichannel digital marketing strategies, ensuring deep alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Empower business line leaders through innovative approaches to accelerate comprehensive transformation and rapid business growth.
  • Lifecycle Differentiated Marketing Develop differentiated digital promotion and communication plans based on the characteristics of various brands across their lauch, growth, and mature stages. Ensure the efficient allocation of marketing resources to maximize the market lifecycle value of the products.
  • Omnichannel Marketing Matrix Construction Build and continuously optimize a multi-dimensional omnichannel marketing matrix, seamlessly connecting online digital platforms with offline interaction touchpoints. Create a closed-loop customer experience journey to enhance the consistency and ultimate conversion rate of marketing campaigns.
  • Private Domain Ecosystem & Automated Operations Deeply explore and apply the WeChat and WeCom ecosystems, leading the establishment of WeCom customer service systems and refined customer relationship operations. Utilize Marketing Automation (MA) tools to achieve personalized, at-scale precision outreach, enhancing customer stickiness.
  • Content Platform Ecosystem Management Comprehensively plan and manage various digital content platforms, ensuring the compliant release and efficient dissemination of high-quality medical and commercial content. Establish a data-driven content evaluation and feedback mechanism to continuously optimize content strategies based on audience profiling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy Execution Act as a core nexus closely aligning with BU, compliance, and technology teams to ensure the efficient execution of strategic plans in the local market. Drive marketing operations to fully realize the goals of being faster, smarter, and more precise .

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Background & Industry Experience Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineer, or Computer Science. Proven track record in omnichannel marketing and digital transformation within the pharmaceutical/healthcare, top consulting firm, or internet industries.
  • Ecosystem & Technical Expertise Profound understanding of the operational dynamics of the WeChat and WeCom ecosystems, with successful case studies in WeCom customer service operations. Proficiency in the underlying logic and practical application of mainstream Marketing Automation (MA) systems.
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen Exceptional macro-strategic vision, capable of accurately aligning and breaking down global strategies (such as Global AI30) into local execution. Deep understanding of prescription drug or medical product lifecycle management and the industry's strict compliance requirements.
  • Content Management & Data Insights Outstanding experience in building digital content platforms and managing platform matrices, familiar with the operational mechanisms of the content supply chain. Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, capable of using business data insights to feed back into and continuously iterate marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication Skills Exceptional cross-departmental communication, coordination, and resource integration abilities, capable of effectively influencing and empowering business leaders. High resilience and a goal-oriented spirit within a complex matrix organization, acting as a leader who actively embraces and drives change.
