The Associate Director, Omnichannel Brand Partner is a critical leadership role within the Customer Experience and Omnichannel team at Sobi North America, serving as the strategic hub balancing priorities between the enterprise Omnichannel/CX function and the brand marketing teams. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing, agency partners, analytics, and a broad range of other stakeholders to support the design and delivery of digital and omnichannel experiences, digital media, and digital analytics, including dedicated support for two upcoming Immunology launch brands. This role is accountable for translating customer and business insights into clear omnichannel strategies, prioritized roadmaps, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. The team member will have the opportunity to influence omnichannel activity aligned with the broader vision of enhancing customer experience (CX) across patients, caregivers, and HCPs, bringing deep knowledge of the customer journey and a sharp eye for identifying the moments that matter most. The Omnichannel Brand Partner will also be tasked with translating enterprise initiatives, such as modular content, into strategies that brand marketing teams can act on, helping to identify, define, and implement capabilities to support the broader enterprise omnichannel vision.
Key Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to the following:
Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive omnichannel and customer experience programs that generate value for the brands and key stakeholders
Serve as the strategic hub connecting the enterprise Omnichannel/CX team and brand marketing teams, balancing enterprise priorities with brand-specific needs and operating with a high degree of autonomy to lead cross-functional omnichannel initiatives
Lead agency management and coordination, including relationship, scope, budget, and performance
Partner with marketing teams to understand their business and act as a strategic advisor for all omnichannel and digital efforts – including SEO/SEM, Social, Websites, Email, Display, etc.
Develop and maintain omnichannel strategy roadmaps.
Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to translate customer and performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable outcomes; ensure recommendations are implemented, tracked, and evaluated.
Apply deep knowledge of the end-to-end customer journey to identify and prioritize the moments that matter most for patients, caregivers, and HCPs, translating those insights into targeted omnichannel strategies
Translate enterprise-level initiatives (e.g., modular content) into clear, actionable strategies for brand marketing teams, driving adoption, and consistency across brands
Work autonomously, take ownership, and drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight
Ability to be a strategic business partner and trusted hub between omnichannel/CX and brand marketing teams, having impact above and across the organization
The ability to thrive in situations of ambiguity and provide a clear path forward toward solutions
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, confident executive presence, and ability to communicate with Senior Leaders
Excellent diplomacy and facilitation skills; ability to influence without authority
Adaptive and motivated to build and lead while "rolling up their sleeves" to get it done
Passionate about omnichannel and CX- data, technology and marketing strategy

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years multi/omnichannel pharma marketing experience with an emphasis on digital engagement strategy that optimizes overall customer experience to drive business results
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in commercial matrix organization
Understanding of compliance-related concepts that govern pharmaceutical marketing and sales activities, as well as medical/science engagements
Experience working with third party vendors for analytics and reporting
Agency partnership experience, including relationship, project budget, and contract management
Strong experience utilizing modern business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
Experience with Veeva toolset and Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desirable

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 -190,000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
