The Associate Director of Student Services at the Lexington North Lake Center serves as a primary college representative and enrollment liaison for designated schools. The position collaborates with college administrators, school district personnel, high school and adult education partners, community leaders, academic departments, Corporate and Continuing Education, and industry partners to develop, coordinate, and implementcomprehensive educational opportunities and student support services.

The position is responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, providing front-line enrollment and student support services, coordinating course scheduling and enrollment processes, supporting recruitment and retention initiatives, and strengthening pathways that connect Dual Enrollment, Adult Education, Career and Technical Education, Corporate and Continuing Education, and other college programs. The position works to create a

seamless experience for students transitioning from high school or adult education into Midlands Technical College programs and credentials.

This position will be located on the Midlands Technical College North Lake Center.

Bachelor's degree with experience in student services programs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in student services, enrollment management, or a related higher education field. Knowledge of student financial aid processes, including FAFSA completion and related student support services.
