This position coordinates and administers comprehensive academic advising, operational processes including efforts to publicize the program and support recruitment, and student success initiatives within the Honors College. The role supports the academic progress, engagement, and timely degree completion of Honors students through integrated advising, data-informed program support, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, the position contributes to institutional retention and student success goals by facilitating effective program operations, supporting fiscal and administrative processes, leveraging data to inform continuous improvement, and coordinating work across multiple academic and administrative functions to support institutional student success goals. The role operates with independent judgment in managing daily functions while aligning work with institutional policies, program standards, and strategic priorities.

Working conditions are primarily on campus. Some travel, including occasional overnight travel, may be required to other sites for events or activities. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work. Lifting/moving presentation and/or marketing materials, up to 40 pounds, may be required.

Eligibility includes being a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or a foreign national authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship.
