
Associate Director for Admissions

Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine (SSVM) of Rowan University is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to assume the role of Associate Director for Admissions. As a key member of the founding administration, this individual will lead the development and oversight of recruitment programs and manage the admissions process for the DVM and 3+4 Accelerated BS/DVM Pathway programs, and the Master of Science in One Health (MSOH). Working within the Office of Student Success, the Associate Director for Admissions will interact with various stakeholders across SSVM and Rowan University, including financial aid, registrar, and admissions offices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the shaping of our student body, ensuring high standards of academic excellence, diversity, and a commitment to the SSVM mission. The Associate Director for Admissions will report to the Associate Dean for Student Success.

Salary Range:
In compliance with the State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. When extending any salary offer, Rowan University considers many factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, work experience, education, training, key skills, internal equity, as well as market and other organizational considerations.

The School of Veterinary Medicine is located on the Glassboro, New Jersey campus, 22 miles southeast of Philadelphia. The School of Veterinary Medicine admitted its first class of DVM students in 2025 and will be welcoming its second cohort in August 2026. Facilities include an academic teaching facility aimed at the delivery of pre-clinical training, a teaching hospital, and a research facility. Major metropolitan areas in the northeast corridor (New York City, Washington, DC) are within an easy 2 to 3-hour drive. The Jersey beaches are only an hour drive from campus.
