Job Description

The Associate Director of Academic Compliance provides central support to location and program leaders in the area of academic compliance. Specifically, the Associate Director supports the execution of academic compliance initiatives as strategic priorities, maintains knowledge and application of regulatory standards, manages assigned compliance activities, and promotes regulatory readiness through support and service to the University and its constituents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three-years of experience in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
  • Minimum of five-years of experience in a higher education environment.

Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The salary range for this position is $81,713 to $110,553.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute academic compliance initiatives in alignment with the University Strategic Plan
  • Maintain institutional knowledge and awareness of regulatory standards
  • Provides project management to regulatory reporting
  • Promotes regulatory visit/presentation/meeting readiness with location and institution constituents
  • Positions the University for strategic growth

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time.
  • Must be able to occasionally move around the work location.
  • Ability to move about readily and rapidly, if necessary, around campus, classrooms, clinical settings, etc., to access classrooms, desks, students, office machinery, clinics, patients, etc.
  • Constantly communicates using the spoken word with students, staff and colleagues.
  • Visually or otherwise identify, observe, and assess.
  • Operate equipment specific to programmatic track, personal computer, audio-visual equipment, clinical equipment, etc.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
