ABOUT THE ROLE

LillyBrasilis redefining how it connects with the medical community — and the Associate Director of Omnichannel Customer Engagement (OCE) will be at the center of that transformation. This is not an execution role: it is a strategic leadership position responsible for setting the omnichannel vision for Brazil, building the capabilities to sustain it, and orchestrating the cross-functional alignment needed to bring it to life.

Reporting directly to the CMO, this leader will own the OCE strategy end-to-end — from channel architecture and platform governance to HCP engagement models and performance frameworks. They will manage the OCE team, serve as Brazil's primary interface with global digital and IBU partners, and influence how Lilly's commercial model evolves in one of its most important emerging markets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and lead the omnichannel engagement strategy for Brazil, setting the direction for how Lilly connects with HCPs across digital and non-personal promotion channels.

  • Manage and develop the OCE team, building a high-performance culture with strong digital and analytical capabilities.

  • Serve as Brazil's strategic interface with global OCE and IBU digital teams, localizing frameworks and ensuring Brazil's voice shapes global direction.

  • Own the governance and optimization of core platforms — Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and connected digital tools — as strategic business assets.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance, and IT to deliver seamless, integrated HCP journeys.

  • Establish and monitor OCE performance frameworks, translating KPIs and engagement data into clear strategic recommendations for the CMO and BU Heads.

  • Champion digital innovation and capability building — continuously raising the bar on how Lilly Brazil engages the medical community.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Robustexperience in digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, or commercial operations — preferably in pharma or healthcare.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing digital talent.

  • Deepexpertisein CRM and marketing automation platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent).

  • Proven ability to set strategy and influence execution across complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset — translates performance data and customer insights into commercial direction.

  • Experience working with global teams andoperatingin a matrix organization.

  • Advanced English (daily collaboration with global and IBU partners; senior stakeholder presentations).

  • Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken).

ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES

  • MBA or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience building or scaling an omnichannel capability from theground up

  • Familiarity with pharma compliance frameworks applied to digital and promotional content.

  • Background in HCP engagement models, segmentation, and channel mix optimization.

  • Track recordof influencing strategic decisions at the senior leadership level.

  • Demonstrated ability tooperatewith autonomy and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
