*This is a hybrid role and you will be required to be onsite at our office Tuesday-Thursday*

The Associate Director (AD) will be responsible for planning and executing Patient strategies and tactics for ELAHERE, the first and only approved treatment for FRα-positive platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and EMRELIS, the first and only c-Met targeted ADC approved in 2L+ NSCLC. The AD will support both brands in a 70/30 split of their time, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment in strategic direction and market execution. The AD will foster positive working relationships with advocacy, public affairs, sales, sales training, medical affairs, market research, regulatory, and other cross franchise teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support and participate in the development of strategy for patient tactics
  • Help build the yearly brand tactical plans and develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan primarily for patient promotions, including omnichannel strategy and planning
  • Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to review and approve patient materials.
  • Manage and develop a Marketing Manager focused on ELAHERE and collaborate with internal/external networks, consultants, and agency partners
  • Perform budget tracking for responsible tactics
  • Contribute to presentations for Executive Leadership
  • Establish and maintain relationships with advocacy groups where appropriate
  • Proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of patient materials, as well as through development and implementation of patient brochures and other leave-behinds
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience with experience in Consumer/Patient marketing
  • Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with senior management and external partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oncology/hematology experience, especially ovarian cancer or lung cancer
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning process
  • Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and influencing others
  • Demonstrated understanding of principles of market research to draw valid conclusions
