  • Contribute to pricing strategy, business cases, and access-related forecasting through strong insight and analysis.
  • Engage externally with relevant healthcare authorities, reimbursement bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in the Nordic policy, pricing, reimbursement, and payer landscape, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive projects independently while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and collaboration across local, regional, and international stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture with strong team spirit, shared learning, and a willingness to support a broad range of priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, public health, business, or another relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience with pricing and reimbursement processes in at least one Nordic country is required.
  • Understanding of Nordic healthcare systems, payer dynamics, and reimbursement decision-making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of key deliverables, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong judgment and collaboration skills, including knowing when to act autonomously and when broader alignment is needed.
