Infrastructure project delivery and execution
Project planning, governance and performance management
Coordination with consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
Ensuring projects are delivered to required quality, timelines and standards
Leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
Extensive experience in infrastructure project delivery
Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
Proven leadership experience in large-scale projects
Strong understanding of project governance, contracts, cost and programme management
