Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible to maintain the Hyperion HFM and FDMEE applications and supporting suite of reporting and analysis tools as well as support, Application Security applications. Specific responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Performs support activities for multiple Hyperion HFM applications and FDMEE, including metadata changes, rule changes and data copies

• Provides support for users, including user provisioning and help desk

• Supports system requirements that relate to application support and configurations

• Develop and test Hyperion reports

• Maintains and runs HFM and FDMEE training

• Provides configuration support for access request systems and other applications

• Leads efforts to optimize customer experiences through capitalizing on software functionality improvements

• Helps to improve and communicate standard work related to application support processes to Carrier user

• Assists with ad hoc projects and upgrades as needed by Finance business unit support

• Integration with Carrier’s Central Finance SAP system

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or business

• 10 + years of finance experience working for a fast-paced organization

• 5 + Experience with Hyperion HFM and FDMEE including experience using tools such as Hyperion Reports and SmartView both as an administrator or developer

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA a plus

• Microsoft certification a plus

• Candidate must be a high performer and must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, project management and facilitation skills, as well as a passion for technology and the ability to interact and influence effectively across business units and functions, and with all levels of finance management

• Candidate must have strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
